XRP Lawsuit News: The Ripple Defendants and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently filed their Partial Opposition to each other’s Motion to restrain several documents. John Deaton, Amicus Curiae in the XRP lawsuit gave out his prediction for the year 2023. He mentioned that the SEC VS Ripple Lawsuit will not be settled until after a decision is drawn from the United States District Court Judge Analisa Torres.
