Shareholders are not required to exchange their securities certificates or to take any other action in connection with such listing, as there will be no change to the trading symbol or CUSIP for the Common Shares and the Warrants. The Common Shares will continue to trade under the symbol “COIN” and the Warrants will continue to trade under the symbol “COIN.WT”.
