Playing against the backdrop of media-driven NFT dysphoria, Art Basel Miami has once again welcomed non-fungible tokens into its massive celebration of contemporary art. This time, the technology integrated more naturally with the surroundings and made an even greater impact.
A whole year has passed since NFTs made their triumphant debut in one of the largest art festivals in the world. Since then, the NFT industry has experienced great turbulence and upheaval. However, in the eyes of the art world, blockchain technology has matured into a vital tool for the current generation of contemporary artists.
