After it failed to acquire regulatory approval in Singapore, World’s largest crypto exchange platform, Binance CEO, Changpeng Zhao was spotted in Dubai, attending a meeting with the authorities. The Chinese Journalist, Colin Wu tweeted today, that many exchanges including China’s largest exchange, Huobi have been approaching Dubai to set up shop.
