Company Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2023 Earnings Release and Conference Call
DRESDEN, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GREE) (“Greenidge”), a vertically integrated cryptocurrency datacenter and power generation company, today announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 will meet or exceed the preliminary results that Greenidge previously announced on February 1, 2024.
Greenidge also announced that it has postponed the release of its financial results and conference call for the fourth quarter and full-year 2023, which were previously scheduled for March 27, 2024, to April 9, 2024. Greenidge requires additional time to complete its annual audit procedures and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, to reflect certain revisions to its accounting policies.
