Commissioner Peirce Reveals SEC Dispute Post Bitcoin ETF Approval

In a landmark decision, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the trading of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) yesterday, a pivotal moment that has been long anticipated by the industry.
